Requesting a refund

To request a refund, you'll need to locate your order number. You can find your order number
in the email you received after completing your purchase.

Does your order number start with “MK”?

This means you made a purchase through Apple’s App Store. HebrewMatch can't issue refunds for transactions processed by Apple, so you'll need to contact Apple with your refund request.

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Tap "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund"
  3. Select the reason for the refund, then choose Next
  4. Select the item you'd like refunded, then tap Submit

Does your order number start with something else?

Refund policy

Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a HebrewMatch subscription offering is requested within 14 days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds. See our Terms of Use for more details.
